Yes. Customers are welcome to provide their own parts as long as they have confirmed the parts are correct for the vehicle and the repair. Please note that customer-supplied parts are not covered by our parts warranty. If a supplied part is incorrect, defective, or does not fit, labor already performed and any additional labor required will still be charged.

Our standard diagnostic fee is $140. This covers the technician’s time, testing, and the professional diagnostic equipment, software, and service information needed to accurately identify the cause of the problem — not just read trouble codes.

Diagnostic work is a separate service from the repair itself, so the diagnostic fee is due even if you choose not to proceed with the recommended repairs. In some cases, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward an approved repair.

We provide routine maintenance, oil changes, brake service, check-engine and electrical diagnostics, engine and transmission repairs, A/C and heating repair, steering and suspension work, replacement of exhaust system components, and other mechanical services.

We specialize in European vehicles, including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Land Rover, Jaguar, and Volvo, while also servicing many Japanese and domestic vehicles.

Tire replacement is available for most standard passenger cars and SUVs. Please note that we do not perform smog test, wheel alignments, custom exhaust fabrication, or welding. If you’re unsure whether we can help, call or text us.

Repair times vary depending on the job, parts availability, and our current schedule. Once we know what the vehicle needs, we’ll give you an estimated completion time and keep you updated along the way.

We provide a written estimate before performing authorized repairs. If additional work is needed, we’ll contact you for approval before proceeding.

Yes. We offer convenient after-hours drop-off and pickup options. A key drop box is available for vehicle drop-off, and online payment is available so you can pick up your vehicle after business hours when arrangements have been made in advance. Please call or text us for details.
